Well, I'd admitted that I was doing the same vampire again already I just... use my imagination for my own fantasy world that's all.

Although, I have been knocking a hylden idea (not for a portrait just fan characters) around but dunno if I'll get it onto paper... let alone submitted here. It's been keeping me amused all day today though but it may just stay in my head as an amusement

Yeah, would be nice to perhaps do some, doing something... comprimising to the nature of the race. But listening to the conversations they have with each other and the humans in "The Device" and "The Hylden City" makes me laugh and just think about what else they talk about.

That's what I like about Blood Omen, you could just stand about listening to conversations and snigger before killing the people talking

Haha yeah the conversations are the funniest things ever! They had me in stitches the first time I saw it played. Another thing that amuses me is the way the humans can't tell that Kain's a vampire until he starts drinking blood or something. I mean, you would have thought the white hair and the fangs were a bit of a give away wouldn't you?

Well to be fair, Kain only shows his teeth when he drinks blood and the white hair? Meh... could just be an old man.

I noticed this on the levels before you go to the Upper City, the Sarafan don't actually attack you until Marcus sets them on you and only because he says; "Kill on sight".

Apart from the ones that light up, they do not know you've got fangs, you just happen to be a stranger in the wrong place at the wrong time... then you kick the shit out of them

What also gets me is the Eyeless Wretches in the eternal prison act the same, even though they do not have eyes!

Hehe well technically at his age Kain IS a very old man!

You're right I've just been replaying BO2 actually and they don't attack you until Marcus says so, I guess he must look human to them. There's a couple of really funny moments where the townsfolk tell you to look out for vampires, I can imagine Kain laughing inside when he hears that.

God I HATE those sarafan who light up! They can even find you in mist! That's amusing about the eyeless wretches, I get the impression that there are some points in the game that the designers didn't quite think through!

I'm sure Kain would beg to differ on that !

In fact, I am sure that if Kain didn't end up going nosing in the Industrial Quarter, they'd have left him be after Marcus.

I once got behind one of the ones that wore the red cloak and managed to snap his neck (while in mist form), you have to keep moving, but just be prepared that you're probably not going to do it.

I still have stitches about the eyeless wretch that begs you for a biscuit.

Nothing wrong with using the same character. I'm using the same character from the last time. Hair is longer though.
